Derek Roach | President

Derek began his career as a Sales Specialist with American Family Insurance. His success there led him to an independent insurance agency where he handled Property and Casualty insurance as well as Life and Health Insurance and Annuities. Over the years Derek developed a passion for finance and helping people plan and achieve their financial goals. This passion led him to the world of Financial Advising where he enjoys building trust and relationships with his clients, as well as teaching other advisors how to do the same. Derek believes in an educational approach to Financial Advising. His goal for every client is that they fully understand the products they are investing in, to the best of their ability.  

In his free time, Derek enjoys spending time with his Wife and two dogs, as well as maintaining an active lifestyle both in the gym, and outdoors. One of Derek’s favorite hobbies is organizing fundraisers for Veteran-related organizations. While he is not a Veteran himself, Derek enjoys displaying his appreciation and compassion for those who sacrifice to defend our freedoms.

Kristin Leabo | Agent

Kristin joined our team in January of 2022. After working for two different captive insurance companies, Kristin appreciates being independent as it better equips her to help her clients in the best possible way. Kristin's background in Final Expense planning has proved to be valuable and she enjoys helping her clients ensure that their families will not have a financial burden when they pass away. 

In her free time, Kristin enjoys spending time with her kids and is an active member in her church.
